Free Workplace First Aid Audit

We are offering a free audit of your Workplaces first aid needs, this is obligation free. 

All employers must provide adequate facilities for the welfare of employees including first aid OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2004 - SECT 21(2)d the level required is dependent on the risks in the workplace.

Response Wize can help you achieve this by providing you with first aid kits, servicing and supply's. Where required We can also undertake audits and risk assessments in your workplace, suited to your business depending on your needs.
We will help determine; 
  • Is your workplace low risk or high risk.
  • Look at possible workplace hazards that may require additional first aid measures. 
  • The type of first aid kit(s) and equipment needed.  
  • Number of first aid kits required and location if multiple are needed.
  • First aid training requirements.
  • Your requirement to consult with your employees.  
  • Other responsibilities as required by OHS act 2004
